At DandeliDrop, we strive to ensure a smooth, transparent shopping and delivery experience across Dandeli. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines customer rights, cancellation windows, and automated reimbursement protocols.
1. Cancellation Windows & Eligibility
Prior to Order Confirmation
Customers can cancel free of charge before the merchant partner accepts or the driver begins shopping. Full 100% refund is initiated immediately.
Item Unavailability
In case of Item Unavailability at partner stores or Dandeli open markets, the unavailable item amount is instantly credited or refunded without penalty.
Prohibited Medicines
Restricted Goods: Any attempted orders for prohibited medicines or pharmaceuticals are void, cancelled immediately, and refunded per payment gateway reversal timelines.
2. Market Run Price Surplus & Refund Processing
For Market Run requests, any surplus amount (Market Run Price Surplus) between the estimated advance and the final actual weighed purchase price is automatically refunded to the customer balance or source account.
Online payments made via UPI or Card are processed through gateway reversal (2–5 business days depending on the bank). For Cash Orders, surplus change is returned directly at delivery or credited to the customer account ledger.
