Welcome to DandeliDrop. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, mobile interfaces, and delivery services within Dandeli. By creating an account, browsing partner menus, or requesting deliveries, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Models & Order Fulfillment
Local Store Orders
Orders placed from registered local merchant catalogs in Dandeli. Prices and inventory are managed directly by merchant partners.
Market Run Orders
Custom open-market requests (Market Run) where delivery partners procure fresh produce and goods from Dandeli open markets. Subject to Variable Daily Market Prices and customer-approved Substitutions.
2. Pricing, Hours & Payments
Standard platform operating hours are from 7:00 AM IST to 7:00 PM IST daily across Dandeli. Orders placed after 7:00 PM IST will be processed during the next morning operating window.
DandeliDrop operates under a Zero Customer Platform Fee model for buyers. Delivery partners receive dynamic delivery compensation based on distance and route optimization.
Online payments are securely processed via certified payment gateways (supporting UPI, Cards, Net Banking) or Cash on Delivery (COD) with immutable double-entry ledger reconciliation.
3. Strict Prohibition of Medicines & Pharmaceuticals (Drug Licensing Compliance)
DandeliDrop does not permit the sale, listing, sourcing, or delivery of medicines, pharmaceutical products, prescription drugs (Schedule H/H1/X), or health products requiring pharmacy licensing under the Indian Drugs and Cosmetics Rules. Merchants may not list such items, and any unauthorized listing will be removed immediately and subject to merchant account suspension. Customers may not use 'Request Anything' to source medicines or pharmaceutical supplies. For all medical and prescription needs, please visit a licensed pharmacy in Dandeli.
Merchant Prohibition
Merchant Rule: Partner stores are strictly barred from listing or selling allopathic, ayurvedic, or homeopathic medicines, prescription drugs, or pharmacy-grade items. Any unauthorized listing results in immediate removal and merchant account suspension.
Customer & Sourcing Prohibition
Customer Rule: Customers cannot request, procure, or transport pharmaceutical drugs, medicines, or licensed healthcare products via 'Request Anything' or open-market runs.
For all medical emergencies, pharmaceutical needs, or doctor prescriptions, residents and visitors in Dandeli must consult registered medical practitioners and visit licensed physical pharmacies in Dandeli town.
4. Delivery Partners & Logistics
Independent Delivery Partners are dispatched based on proximity and route optimization. Customers must provide an accurate delivery contact phone number for smooth order handoff.
